you need some emulator, i use personally locale emulator which opens it in emulated japanese enviroment if i understand it correctly...

Just extract the first one and then the second one will come with it.

If you have a problem, just check if it was extracted in the folder or see in a comment how to do that!

remember the locale emulator and before extracting, press Ctrl and E, go to put Japanese.
