Where is exactly the Miyuki variable to be found? In the photo diary I did not find any number.

You can find it either through dialogue near the end of the game when it becomes relevant (through asking what the variable is) or you can just remember it as

Thanks very much, I got I now after proceeding based on learning all the fine details of Miyuki. Quite demanding game witout an obvious cheat based on the randomized questions in the later parts.
you can acquire all CGs save for both heroine by succesfully calling GOD (y'now using the formula) on chase scene with Miyuki (which is impossible unless you just extremely lucky or it's your 2nd playthrough (yeet) ). Thanks to Two-Legged Rat on Miyucats's youtube comment section for mentioning this. If you want all CGs unlocked you can use my savefile, just put it on C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Nitroplus\totono

Holy shit, this game was one wild ride. It's been a long time since I've actually found myself drawn into a visual novel to this degree. Without spoiling anything I believe my experience with this game was far better than 'you know which' game. Even without the ero element added in I felt better coming out of this game's ending than I did that one. The ending I got was bittersweet, a touch of sadness mixed in with imo a good outcome. And the ero scenes were really good too imo. There was a greater attachment to the characters and the erotic scenes felt like more than just fap material. Also I really hate NTR, but this game I actually didn't mind it so much due to the position the game puts YOU in. This game is definitely going on my "must purchase asap" list.

The brilliant part here is that not only does this require you to metagame by manually counting Miyuki's variable before you are even supposed to know what it is, the game freaking calls you out on it and gives you a meta-meta ending. I adore the game for what it does when you do this, and what happens if you start a new game in this state.

I'm a simple man. So when I see fantasy, horror, harem, romance I immediately click. But when I see ntr? Then a big no from me.
What's with ntr and harem tag together? I'm guessing there's MC and two other girl. So harem means we can get both girl. So What's with ntr? Is it path where if you only choose one girl then the other girl will love someone else?

Director's Cut is just the 18+ scenes from what I understand. If so then yes, this is the uncensored version.
I don't actually know why this has harem tag, tbh. If you are going in for the harem tag then turn back.
Anyway, this is the kind of game that is best when going in blind, but if you need to know one of the routes includes unavoidable semi-ntr (hard to explain without spoiling too much) as a story element (it's purely as a story element, not as a kink). Also to experience the game fully you kinda need to do both routes. Do with that what you will.

Again, I have no idea why it got the harem tag. Since you are skipping anyway, I'm gonna spoil something on the *nature* of the game, since it might interest you from that angle: (significant spoilers on the nature of the game ahead)
While the game has significant romance, drama and comedy elements, this is first and foremost a meta-narrative game, that uses the very nature of the medium to build narrative and achieve psychological horror elements. If you played it, in the very general nature it can be compared to Doki Doki Literature Club, and in fact DDLC took inspiration from totono. It's obviously best if you go into it not knowing about this aspect and expecting a typical romance/comedy VN, but it's still enjoyable if you know there are gonna be meta elements (as I did when I played it).
