Use WINRAR to extract. Open archive with winrar, press ctrl-e in winrar, then select Japanese Shift-JIS, then extract like normal.

Tengo la solución a los a los problemas para todos cuando descargan o descomprimen juegos de japonés (no Unicode) deben configurar el WINRAR DE la siguiente manera....a mí me funcionó por cierto yo lo hago desde android pero para PC debe funcionar

1 ingresan a la aplicación WINRAR
2 en la parte superior derecha en los tres puntos
3 buscan la opción CONFIGURACIÓN
* CODIFICACIONES DE NOMBRE NO UNICODE*
Y CAMBIAN AL JAPONES

It's forced unless you're going the pure route. So if you want the adult content, you're stuck with the darker skin.

y el Rpg Maker 1.20.60, por cierto el rpg lo puedes descargar del mismo patreon

For Android device use "RAR" app from play store to extract. In the RAR app you can change the Non-unicode name encoding to Japanese in the settings. It'll fix all the issue similar to winrar for windows.
