Someone tipped me onto this game and I'm glad they did. I'm going to be harsh and say I enjoyed my time, but I was also a little bothered by the fluctuation in quality. First off, I'll drop the review:
With that out of the way, the being bothered comes from the fact that I feel the developer WANTS to put out something that's great. There's parts of a foundation that I believe to be really strong, and other parts that contradict that. My 7/10 is low, I agree with anyone who would state that. This game could easily raise to an 8 or 8.5 even, with proper polish. In an effort to help achieve it, I'll try to share some of my thoughts. They're not meant to take away from the product and understand I wish the developer the best game that could be made.
It's a good game, and I'm hoping you'll take it to even higher heights.
Please don't let my text discourage you in any way as what you've produced now is rated positively already.
I read the comments on having a low-end GPU/CPU and no experience. From my angle, your artwork is good and you're quickly gaining experience. It's basically tweaks in the right direction and quality control to maintain a higher quality end product.

Actually, I'm reading back my post and feel like my 1AM feedback could have been a bit more elaborate, if only to communicate that I do believe in your product. I apologize for that, because again, I do feel that you want to put out the best product you can put out. I've put your game on my watchlist and will keep track of your updates gladly. Will definitely hop back and let you know what my thoughts are on the new content. The latest content in the game is actually solid, so I'm curious to see what route you will take with this. Sorry to hear rendering works this way for you btw, but you seem to have developed a workflow where you can output quality and that's respectable if you can't even see the outcome beforehand.
Also, if I can join a discord (username: AMRFTY) or give out details somewhere if there's a wish to run mainly text-based things by, let me know. Like visuals, text should mainly be a nice flow over a choice of more/less words, unless you have a specific reason to cross that rule. I can tell you know more about the world than I could understand from the game itself. I'm also curious to see what you have in store for the characters. I'm updating the review to reflect that later today, review with images goes up on my site on the 8th.
Quirks like these were strong, and they give character to your overall game. Love how you linked seduction and protection to Maryse's comment about politicians. It's like I was reading 'The Art Of Seduction' and showed me there's depth to the conversations you're creating. Thanks for going the distance to create this game, even if in some areas it may be an uphill battle. Enjoy your weekend!

I just received the file containing the redo images from the rooftop scene. That's 70 renders redone, 4 small videos included and I'm currently cleaning up the dialogue as well. If everything goes as planned I'll be releasing it first thing in the morning. If things go BETTER than planned I'll release it super late tonight. Either way, it'll be out this weekend!
