I played a lot of these type of games and I mean a lot.but this one has to be the dumbest premise on why she couldn't defend herself...

Even if they're aesthetically unappealing, morbidly obese, and/or smell like a septic tank in a zombie apocalypse where all the zombies have diarrhea, they can shoot more and harder than the water cannons used for crowd control, produce enough sperm to drive through 100+ women, and never even tire until the pages run out.

Finished it, the game is quite mediocre. I was hoping for something along the lines of yukino or Leanna's slice of life but I was greatly disappointed.
