But I'm assuming this porn VN is set in the real world instead of a courtroom, in which case people typically denote their relationship status as single if they've never been married and are not currently coupled. Otherwise, they would specify separated, divorced, or widowed.

The dev corrected it as well, so I consider the matter settled.
