I'd like to know the answer to the above question as well, and I noticed on the last page that there will be more "dominant" content, and I was just wondering if/how much "dominant" content is mandatory?

As Grimtown mentioned, no need for anything in addition. Just download the package from here and play.
So far all my updates were for sub player (as the original game Young Marcus was plus I'm a sub as well so it is easier for me) but I want to add some diversity in here (only diversity in M/M relations) so everyone will find something interesting. I may add one new path about dominant player but it will still leave you with 90% of the game as sub.

This is something I was considering already. It will have to depend on the update I think, if I only add new stuff into the game it could be possible but when I redo old stuff it is hard later to distinguish which file I could take out and which not. Will keep it in mind for the future.
I really like the sex stat page where you can see how many times you've had oral, anal sex, etc. I've noticed that a lot of newly added sex scenes do not count towards the sex stats. Is this something that's going to be fixed? Thanks!
And yes I also prefer slower progression. That would make the game more rewarding. Right now you can go from 0 corruption to 100 really fast.

Is it possible to enable all the videos audio? Right now the only audio in the game is when you get fucked HARD. I'd like the audio to be on for every scene if that's possible.

I feel there is an obvious joke I should be making here, but my brain isn't working. Here is my thought process....It does feel like you go from zero to gangbangs and fisting in no time
... 0 to 50 is often used to describe a car's acceleration. So zero to gangbang would be a description of ....
The best I can come up with is "Your Mom!" but that is funny to say in any situation. This needs something more nuanced.
I only recently started checking these sex stats. I added them to some scenes only to get more familiar with that widget, I added one check (I think with Jack) that when you already did more that some blowjobs then he will comment it different. I'm planning something that would require them for one of the future releases, like a sex tournament where you would need high stats to enter.
For now I'm focusing on adding new stuff as it is much easier (almost just copy-past). Modifying existing mechanism or understanding how it works here is tough, like you need to reverse engineer most of the functionalities after two different people. But I'm getting better at this with each update so there is hope
As for the corruption progress... I put different values of added corruptions as it felt wrong to have +1 for a simple blowjob and the same value for an orgy at gay bar. I'm putting in few places reduction of corruption (when you meditate, take a walk and such) to slow this progress. I'll probably expand this way even more but I don't want to slow it down too much. I'm not a big fan of grinding.
Most of the stuff you see are gif, so no sound is available. I added videos in few places (that hard fuck with bro for example, there are also few in Jack storyline) just to see if they would work and to get better familiar with how you can add them in HTML (I'm new to this whole programming so I'm learning along the way). I would love to add more of them but it would make this game very heavy (one 5 min vid can weight around 50-150 MB), so for now I'm focusing only on gif. After 4 updates game already went from initial 1,67 to almost 3 Giga
