Did you set your system locale to japanese? Its been a long time since one of these games has required that, but this is one of them.
it's on tfgames, it mainly is paywalled. and also rather mid. also requires a free subscription to even use.
So I'm not sure what you mean by "free subscription", but as far as I'm aware its 10$ monthly. No option of one time purchase. Also I will disagree on it being mid. I'd find it hard to describe it as such unless you just aren't a fan of text only games. I believe from a viewpoint of just taking what the game is and how well it does what it sets out to do, its pretty good. The writing is pretty good, a lot of the tfs are pretty hot, and there is a lot of extra descriptive writing depending on whats currently affecting you. Perhaps someone else could do it much better, and with a much fairer monetization scheme, but I haven't found much else that checks the same boxes and has a similar level of quality and quantity of content. Love or hate the dev, he does appear to be right about that.

As of 2023, Mr. Guinea Pig (Developer) died of accident, and since then until the release on 1st May, the development is continued by his partner and friends. I don't know whether they will continue creating game or not. I hope they do continue, but without the brain it will be quite difficult.

That's sad. All the same, the mild success of this game shows there is a demand in the market for content like this and more devs try their hand at it.
This game came up recently, you play as an heroine against a female villian using fighting moves and such, with each battle you grow stronger but if you lose the villian will level drain you and become stronger with new move sets to humilliate the heroine. I play the demo of the previous game which is in english and I enjoy it there are filters for certain fetishes that you don't like too.

Eh the debuffs barely change anything outside of battle, And some of the debuffs are more flavor text then impacting the gameplay if i remember correctly.

I've been told about this one. Really good stuff, many ways to get drained and females only yarare content is scarce. Comedy gold too. Still a bunch of bugs as of 1.10 though.
You don't have to lose to get drained, it also happens in battle whenever you let a level drain attack connect up to 9 levels at a time; even if you win, the levels are gone.

You can choose different transformations for the two girls that stick and change future scenes. Also a stat screen with stats, and different endings starting from the fifth mission.

Sure it has level drain but it's very short and all scenes require you going out of your way to lose. Pretty much no combat mechanics or consequences.
