I wasn't able to reply, insufficient privileges. Immediately knew the issue. Any Steam game with a non-cracked steam_api and/or uncracked executable that isn't removed will do exactly that. Easy tools to remove Steam's DRM.

It has the 18 patch applied. I am not sure why it’s not working.

The patch is working fine. There are some scenes that are censored on purpose.
