Changed system locale to japanese, installed every c++ listed here and more, attempted to launch as administrator, but still getting 0xc000007b error.

Whoever uploaded this patched the wrong version...

I was wondering why the CRC values were different from my own patched game and I found out the one uploaded here is version 1.00 while the my own version is on 1.02.

The patch is for the newest verison. There is additional content in the newer versions.

yeah the dates for the file are for 4/17, while the update with the new content is for 4/26, honestly the only thing that got translated were some imaged and some of the text, might be able to just buy the new ver and but the new images on top
