So I have all the dlls installed and even placed them into the folder itself, and I am still getting an error. It just says the application was unable to start correctly.

yeah the dates for the file are for 4/17, while the update with the new content is for 4/26, honestly the only thing that got translated were some imaged and some of the text, might be able to just buy the new ver and but the new images on top
