Actually, the current version is supposed to allow you to fuck the innkeeper and do threesomes. The thing is, this is a translation from the game's version which was uploaded here a long time ago, so it is not the latest version. Now he have to wait till someone translates and upload the latest version.

But the last update regarding this game on his blog says he won't add threesomes since it's too much work, because he has to hand draw/animate all characters and variants, and he might consider adding the inkeeper in the future if it's just a single bonus scene after the end, for just one of the male characters. Post is from like a year ago, but his replies in the comments under it are far more recent and seem to confirm that he never went through with the innkeeper thing because he was focused on his bunny brothel game.

Also, the version history on DLsite seems to match the latest version someone linked here a few posts back.

It is puzzle game and u gotto match people with the right partner. I dont remember it been ages but if u matching correctly all the time. u can like kept going forever of sort

It's a Pixel Maker MV game. If the extracted files can have a project file made to load it up in the engine to edit, it could be expanded.

Bknjuu, Mighty J: did you try setting compatibility with older Windows version in the .exe properties to Windows 7 and using short English-only paths for the game installation directory too? This game usually missing those or
