Honestly, looks AI. All 5 images of girls look like they're drawn by different people even though 4 are for sure the same girl, have that "uncanny" look, and it has a dumb minigame attached to it.

Yeah this is definitely AI art. If you're not convinced by just how the art looks, just take look at how her fingers blend together in 4:th picture or the clothing goes into her throat in the 5:th. Staying away from this one.

The Yume games had that art style for years. I suspect they are rendering 3D models and then drawing over the image for hair and cloth, but it's not AI.
