Some news about everything, the dev is fine he got better after his illness, but then he decided to take a little jog by the lake...
After the jog his condition became a little bit worse than he expected. But fear not my friends, the patch development is underway and planned somewhere on Feb 20. Dev as always just can't stop on things that he planned for this patch and went further.

I am playing public version 0.3.98. Not sure if this matters. And the wave is 49, not 57 sorry. Havent playing for long time.

If I remember correctly, you need to find tools and complete some 'missions' for her to unlock both weapon and armors. But note, that the story only has a handfull of armors. The full list is available in arena.

I defeated the boss which was part of the abandoned warehouse where we go to the lift in underground but after defeating it there is one more task which says WIP but still I didn't find some of the missions you listed, may I please ask where did you find rest of the missions below:
