the major difference I know off is the cheats, you can spam monsters and add points to level up

In the public version you dont have access to the Cheat tab in the inventory screen and the adult content is limited with group content limited to 2 npcs joining (3some) in the scene. In the patreon version up to 4 humanoids can join (5some) and up to 3 Tentacle monsters can join together.

Quite frankly i really dont like this patreon paywall model. Simply early access is more palatable for me but thats the devs decision so yeah...

As you say, there are free games here and, surprisingly, they prosper much better than those that charge fees because if the game is good, I have no problem supporting it.

I leveled up sex skills using a Save Editor. Four or five sexual acts will weaken him significantly, and then a couple of shots will finish him off.
The weakest point is on his back, highlighted in blue—shoot there.
The save files are located at:
AppData\Local\Yuna\Saved\SaveGames
There are two saves: Story.sav and Arena_Save.sav.

I couldn’t figure out how to level up YUNA value (Yuna_in_body); sometimes it resets after deaths.
There, I spun the ammo all the way up to 999. Skill points should be available but unspent—that way, they’re easier to locate through search.

A value of 5 indicates how many pose variants are available; 5 is the maximum.
