How is this guy so productive? Is this a team of people? Some can't even come up with 10 sec video in an entire month.

most likely he just knows what he's doing. you'd be surprised but most other animations are probably doing a lot of things wrong, and spend most of their time fixing issues they create. but that's just speculation
To my knowledge, it's only Zmsfm.
He's an actual professional with a passion for his work. Combined with fair bit of overworking. From messages on discord, it appears that he sometimes works from 8-9AM to 8PM.
I find that crazy but at the same time likely reason for such an output. Man's either half a machine or he really likes his job.
Closest person coming to that output is noname55 but noname's videos are half his length and don't have variants (unless it's Warcraft).
I think you're probably right, he is very very skilled and has his workflow down to a science which cuts down on wasted time. Throw in some good time management and the production line of porn just flies, lol

Hm. I think this means he's making a movie? Would make sense since whenever he stopped making his usual amount of images, he was making a movie.
Are these the full-HD posts? Rule34video seems to have higher resolution vids than here
Rule34video one are upscaled. Meaning they're the same videos you see here but upscaled to 4K. Instead of the artist himself rendering it in 4K.
You can pretty much do that with any video out there but it won't be the same as original video being in 4K.
If I remember correctly, he just does few as bonuses but never something like having everything in full 4K. Understandably so, it must be extremely time consuming.aaaaahh, silly me. Unfortunately it doesnt seem ZMSFM does 4k
