One of the zmsfm's mods on discord summarized it pretty well yesterday.
TLDR:
Zmsfm doesn't do them because it would double or triple the amount of work for variants. He obviously can't do just one swap and call it a day because people would complain that they want skin + pregnant or whatever. Then render them which takes time.
Then the issue with releases as he'd have to give skin color one as extra post, then post it all over the sites he usually posts on. This once again doubles his work.
Alternative being to have skin color swap as a variant for all human anims which is just pretty bad because public would never get to see other ones.

Yeah, I was honestly expecting it to be futa versions of either Mercy or Ashe fucking each other, which would have been 100% more preferable than what it was.grabbed the 200mb file and was like hmm, then i opened it and its like 8 variants + outros
i saw the pregnant + tanned and thought damn, if he only done a pregnant, tanned with big breasts and pubic hair, being fucked by futa versions of themselves, that would of been chef's kiss.
I ask you to rethink this logically. If he does this for one animation, he has to do it for every single human animation. Including ones where dudes are white. If he doesn't, he gets called out for a double standard. His model of variants isn't simply compatible because zmsfm doesn't do animations like others do.

I don't know man, if you dislike this artist so much, why the hell do you spend so much time here, what's more, the site is full of a lot of content from other artists that adjust to your deviations, and what's more, they are shared here for free, I think the one pays has the right to demand their own requests and if an artist still does not listen to you, then take your money and look for the one who does. Simple as that

I don't tend to defend people but.....I'm a bit sad myself about the turn ZFSFM took. So while I'm much nicer than the mentioned person, I understand the frustration.
Since you like monsters, there's 2 werewolf animations coming up. No idea when he'll post them though. Ended up being such a weird turn of events. Werewolf was already paired with Loba.
Then people in polls voted for a werewolf + hermione too. When such cool picks like Thestral or Dementor as monsters were available. I guess lot of people unfamiliar with HP just picked werewolf and called it a day.

14 variants cut them to 7 and then use genji/hanzo or S76/Junkrat. And for Cassidy he already looks dark enought that I didnt even know it was him since in the game he is very light skinned

Nah bro, it's better for ZM to do 30 variations with and without public hair for a 3-second scene where this hair is visible. Then add more versions with tanned skin (if someone has a fetish for it). It is much more valuable and saves more time than making a couple of versions with dark and light skinned characters.
