So question. How comprehensive are the "Collection" files at the top of the downloads list? Am I going to have to just download every file from the list if I want everything?

The top line of links labeled "Collection" is just the start of the collection from 2022-03. You are going to have to basically download every line from OP (other than some dupes such as the compressed collection) I think. You can also try the torrent below if you're patient and lucky, though I just checked and I am not detecting any seeds at the moment.
If you want an easy download, it looks like you are going to have to hope for a torrent/mega from a user with a lot of spare upload or subscribe to ZMS for the easy dropbox download.

from the posts before it and a comment from an uploader after I think torrent's OP removed some beastiality works, and made a mess by not arranging or keeping tracks, so I wouldn't suggest using it
