From what I remember form Drizzt Do'Urden 's books a lot of them were male. Even his brother Dinin was turned into one :unsure:

This is incorrect. The majority of Driders are male, though female driders also exist. Driders are mostly Lolth worshipping Drow who are tested by Lolth, fail, and then are cursed. There's also some sort of ritual that can be used to forcefully transform a Drow into a Drider, even if they are not a worshipper of Lolth, but I don't really remember the details of that.

Is it even off topic though? Quite literally discussing the lore behind the animation that it's related to.

Looked up the drider + baldur's gate 3 on rule34 and seems like lot of the art has cock in front. Regardless peak animation. ZMSFM once again proves why he's one of the top guys when it comes to monster porn.
