Some files where replaced in his dropbox folder and some are missing from the thread archive.
I compared the hashes of the F95 archive and his dropbox folder and added the changed files to the pixeldrain here:
06. Black Widow & Hulk [+INTRO] = Yellow Text added;
07. Syndra & Spheres = toes fixed - I also think there's an extra ver here
08. Unemployed Gooner Mai = Breasts and subtitle change
10. Overwatch Tour - D.va x Mei (Second Version - Pregnant) = V2 First frame fixed
12. Mizora & Minthara (Futa - Pubic Hair) = V2 Pubic hair change
13. KDA Ahri & Ezreal (Cum Covered) = Cum change

why is he doing a 15-second animation with only a man and a woman? and an animation with a monster in 30-40 seconds? Is he a misanthrope?

It's one of the most basic functions every cloud service has. Whenever you upload or edit a folder, it gets updated and shows what file was changed by date.
Alternatively some people just like artists enough to keep tabs on what's new and what isn't.

I am aware that you can see new content added relatively easily (though incidentally, adding content into an existing folder actually doesn't change the folder's timestamps on most cloud services), I am mostly asking about old content as it seems like ZMSFM didn't add a fair number of videos to their archive which are present in OP. I plan to keep up to date with updating it but I wasn't following back in 2020-21 so I wasn't able to keep updated back then.
I remember there was an issue with his archive long time ago. Where cloud services were cunts and cut booted him off. May be when he was using that thing cloud thing called Filer?
Could be safe to assume he lost some of the files, forgot to upload or something along those lines.
Same reason why his older Borderlands animations are gone. I remember people talking about how there used to be more borderlands animations out there but they vanished because his MEGA got nuked during the great NSFW purge.
Damn, man. I really miss his bestiality content... 
Same man, same. Imagine how great would those animations be with all the new improvements and things he's learned over the years.
Do you not count non-sentient non-humanoid monsters as bestiality? Because he still does make those sometimes; this year I remember animations with Hunter Beta, Griffin, Fiend, and there were some last year too.
