They aren't pasties. It's a thing with Nyl's models where they have these "futa" nipples. Alongside usual bigger proportions and such.
huh, no wonder i didnt like this (or most of zm's stuff) anim. never been a fan of nyl's even if hes better than almost everyone out there in terms of actually making the animation. i never noticed the strange nipples in the images he released either. y ourexplainer makes sense as to why i found zm to be unusually offputting at times too
They are only present for Nyl's models. Perhaps he forgot to edit them in the animation itself and that's why in images the twin nipples look different? No idea.
