I still get the same error when i choose the land where i wanna go, i only see sophie and it freezes on her image, does it happen to you?

Well i am a big renegade player so havent got to faye in a while but otherwise its okay

I am downloading it now, I think it's patch (it's in the title) that you have to copy in the gamemap of the previous version. Let you know when i've done it.

Have you copied the patch 0.8 in the gamemap of version 0.7 like it says in the OP?

Step 1: Download version 0.7 from the first post (not the xmas edition)
Step 2: Unzip the file wherever you please
Step 3: Download patch 0.8
Step 4: Unzip and copy the files in the map off version 0.7
Step 5: Play and enjoy
