Just in case anyone was wondering, if it downloads as a file instead of a zip (it did for me) just rename the extension with a .zip and you can extract it. I also had errors extracting with 7zip but it extracted fine with winrar.
Its machine translated whatever language you pick it will automatically translate it in game, although it may take a few seconds per line.

i prefer mtl than none game i can't read kanjis so broken english is better than nothing, im not translating it so the least i can do is play the mtl one and hope for a better translation later, you can complain for whatever reason but for mtl game that says in the tittle mtl is like going into a futanari game post and complain about the futanari in the game
Hey. Does anyone have any idea where to go after defeating the red lizard? I searched around the entire sewers, I found an area above where the lizard is, but it's blocked off. There's possibly a way there to it just beneath the entrance to the third level (labeled "1D") , but I haven't been able to get close to making that jump and the wall is too far away for a wall jump to be viable. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Edit: Figured out about the map, after I switched to Simplified Chinese the MTL is happening a lot faster. 1D is where the next area is, but I cannot figure out how to jump up there still.
