I also got the "MTL" issue, so I simply tried to add ".zip" at the end of the name of the file, and it worked. I could extract and start the game, in case that can help you guys
About the "virus" - would anyone at least post the name of it? 
From what I tried (briefly tho, I'm a lazy asshole), a well-expected "trojan" in the autotranslator libs (ofc they may remind of a trojan patterns - they are hijacking the data and sending it over the web, just like a spiware would do ).

Dogs are obvious (just enter the sewers, the dogs will start dropping one once cured), the boss one is picked up, well, by defeating the boss, and the only issue are the frogs. As they are killed instead of getting knocked out, you have to make them trigger h-scenes instead. There are some items you can equip to increase the h-scene probability, just look through the chests in the sewers and you'll find one.

I'm playing as the zombie inside a lab. I believe you're suppose to go after women, if not mistaken, but I can't find any of them even though there's hints on certain areas. Yes I did use the barrels to get rid of the obstacles.
Also, there's boxes with green sparkles that I can't interact with. What are you supose to do here?

HOM has the regular scene and when she gets it 'extracted,' for now, Iris does have some interesting ones as you move complete with x-ray, even the other girl can get that state, while the last one has good art to improve the view and tickle your fancies~

I might have a problem. my game is not getting any MTL and it stays in japan. I mean yes I can see the okay button or other but my menu is not english or anything else is english

You had to go to 2 of the most retarded maze ever designed in the history of 2d castlevania-liked game (e.g the sewer and the labs). Not even Tarkov maps can be this confusing. And what's is the end result: A FUCKING PREGGO MODEL FROM KOIKATSU for mearly 20 SECONDS (e.g preg end). I wasted my fucking night to this shit.

Speaking of which, does DeepL work for anyone with XUnity, and if it does, did they have to do some magic? Or does just getting the (latest) Bepinex and XUnityAutoTL into the game dir suffice and WHAM - it works for them?
At any rate, the keyboard controls are quite annoying, as is the layout, but seen worse. And as mentioned, the sewer and lab maps are...tiresome indeed. The animations were a lot better than I expected them to be, though. Only little complaint of mine is that they could have...erm, how should I put this...made the dick-color more...contextual-aware?! lol
But I guess, as it was gonna be a white blur censor anyhow without the uncensor (found in the thread), I couldn't really blame them.
Also, be advised, *full* gallery doesn't unlock upon beating the game (and I was aiming for a virgin-ish playthrough - hint: you shouldn't lol); I used the gallery unlocker (also posted in the thread).

Good game but I think you can softlock yourself in the lab level.I spawned as the dude and found the girl quickly but was on way too low hp.
On my second attempt I found a save-bed all the way into the lab but now I ran in circles for40 minutes not finding anything or any way back.
Can you hard reset the level? Because in all my 40 minutes I haven´t even been able to find the pink trail ...

Can someone explain me out to finish the Kanetsu lab level (the one with the guy)? I have no idea where to go or what to do, I just know I have to passes I can't go, one has a box blocking, the other the jump is way too high for me to able to do it, even with when using the lifted box.
