Kill and spam all the free battle bosses except Gulagan and Hanny King, though they get stronger after each win.

If all routes are open, then I think you can do that. You can check your progress on CG room, at the very end there will be a star for each route you finished, and it will open once you all routes.
#82 is shizuka ending in which both shizuka and nagi stay as children, to be honest, I forgot how I got it (shizuka's route was the first I finished after the historical route) but based on the dialogue it seems you need to take your time on beating the final boss on shizuka's route. Not sure how long.

You need to let the hanny king reach the core and let it attack the core, the core will deal the same damage to attacker as it received. So basically just harm the hanny king until it reach lower HP than your core and let it attack the core.

The only thing that I remember is a sex change ending in sengoku rance. Some sex change temple mainly to change his male generals to female, but if he goes there it is game over with him becoming female.

Besides Pastel none of the girls would be interested in doing that lol. Though funny enough in Rance VI Rance was swapped into Sanakia's body and a Yankee was swapped into his body and he was raped.

You need to complete the story once. After that I think you can reload a save prior last chapter to which you can choose which routes you want to take, provided to unlocked prerequisites (maxed affection and saw events related to heroine, those events are mostly something like get heroine to a certain affection level at certain chapter, see wiki). I started a NG+ game after beating the game once, as you have some new events to read in NG+.does no one know?
