I personally despise harems because it feels as if there is no conflict or drama and everybody just loves the mc Because he is so perfect
Also I don't want to share or be shared with anyone
Harem to me is like NTR is to other people
I will say that harem games absolutely can have conflict and drama (most of them do) and if anything, drama between or over potential LIs has to be the least interesting form of drama possible and I can't understand why anyone would willingly subject themselves to that. But that's just my personal opinion and I've said my piece on this matter already.

Also people relax this will most probably have a harem path so no need to keep saying you won't play because there is no harem
I mean jeez harem fans are just as bad as ntr fans always saying how they won't play a game until there is a harem option

P.S. not every game needs a harem because stories with harem are always the same shit (Look at WVM)
lol even though I'm a huge harem fan I agree that the obssession of harem option in almost every AVN is kind of obnoxious. I love playing both romance and harem lewd games but what I would really appreciate is that they should make it clear as soon as possible about what kind of relationship direction they lead to (things like route branching in Romance games or the reassurance of no punishment if you try to pursue multiple LIs in harem ones), otherwise players (especially those who are obsessed with harem contents) will certainly get anxious.

Harems can still have conflict or drama as long as you have great storytelling and relationship buildup in store, but since a lot of harem games are just inserting the image of "perfect male specimen" without the aforesaid support, it's no wonder that many players despise the genre overall. But comparing harem to NTR? meh that's kinda harsh.

Wait, there is no harem path?
I....don't know if I want to continue playing if that is the case.
Don't get me wrong, I love the game but....
You've done almost too good a job getting me to like these characters.
There are faaaaaar to many LI's I'm interested in to be forced to reject all but one.

I get replayibility, but I'm not playing a game 12 times just to see all the girls paths I want.
Especially with how many games come out each day that are vying for player's attention/support.
pro tip: instead of asking dev to make the game according to your tastes, you can instead give your attention/support (actually I think here we are strictly talking about attention) to devs who make games that are more similar to your liking. they are vying for your attention and approval, after all

Honestly, Bare Witness is a shining example of why I *don't* want a harem path. The instant girls start getting harem content, their solo-path content winds up feeling underwhelming and incomplete. Mora's path in BW was almost embarrassingly spartan without all the orgy scenes to continue her story.

In theory I'm not opposed to partial harems as long as it could be done right and makes sense with the personalities of the girls involved (I could see Ashe being up for it, but not Carolina, for example). But in practice FIN already has so many girls and so many paths available for them there's no way it can ALSO do justice to a bunch of harem options. Better to leave that for a dedicated harem game.
A missing factor in this is, how many people play multiple paths, and how many just play the one path? The large cast is precisely why a harem is viable, because why do 10 sets of scenes and write 10 different stories if each player will only see one of them? And even for those who play multiple paths, how many will play all of them?

Well, gang.. Here it is. People have asked for it. Screamed for it. I've gotten private messages raking me over the coals, people pledging to never play the game again, and a smattering of poor reviews. I know when to admit I'm wrong.

So, here is.. . If you install this patch into your main FiN folder and allow it to merge with the existing "game" folder, it will overwrite existing script script files, and add new images to support a new path. With this path, you can choose to excise Nicki entirely from the story.

Just start from the beginning and, when you get to the choice to help her or not, choose "Tell her to fuck off."
Was she that bad? I haven't started playing it but damn sounds like their was hate for her.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, and please say so if that's the case, but harem and romance aren't mutually exclusive. In fact some of the best harem games IMO are those that lean heavy into romance with every single harem girl.

That won't happen if you use the right patch 1682665440073.png .

Its the jerk BF who turns up at MC's apartment and robs him for the money and throughout the rest of the game, its an NTR fest where all the girls who meets MC, will end up meating ugly bastards or BBCs in very graphic scenes and yet its not game over till idk, 10 more chapters.

I'm sorry if I cause any misunderstanding, but what I mean "romance" here is more like "forming exclusive relationship with one single LI/monogamy". I LOVE harem games where you need to put effort to pursue each LI and make them slowly fall in love with you, otherwise it's just like collecting trophies instead of forming relationships.

Neon has already said there will be partial harem/poly paths for certain characters (that makes sense), we will just have to wait and see which characters they are. He also said that one of the characters is already open to an open relationship, not sure which character yet, but at least one character is likely going to be a gateway into getting a partial harem/poly relationship path.

Oh man those Mason choices really throw you through a philosophical conundrum.
I want to get people's thoughts on this situation and see how each person views this.

I'll spoiler this all so only read this if you've completed the Mason scene:

So the encounter with Mason ends one of 3 ways:
You reject the bj and just help Mason, no strings just to be a good dude to Mason.
You accept the bj and gender Mason how they prefer, as a Him. You get to cuddle and Mason falls asleep on you.
You accept the bj and gender Mason biologically, as a Her. You cuddle Mason and leave, leaving Mason possibly upset (I would assume?).

So, if you accept the bj, and gender Mason how they want (to be a good dude) would you consider the MC BI?
IF you accept the BJ, and gender Mason as a girl (because you only prefer women or are just an asshole) does it make it a hetro act even if Mason identifies otherwise? (or are you just an asshole.)

Spoiler: You are probably just an asshole for misgendering someone. xD

Although it does bring up a good question for the Dev:
NeonGhosts I know characters will change based on how you treat them. Does misgendering Mason lead to a bad end for Mason (telling you to fuck off or possibly darker end aka suicide) or can you get them to reconsider their gender choice (and are you going to hell if you do that? xD)

True i was just getting a bit angry at the harem fans who say they won't continue the games unless it has a harem path.
And the thing about ntr and harem the mc is usually the same in everything, In ntr the mc is always a spineless idiot and harem mc is usually giga chad with a huge dick who can do no wrong, well most of the anyway imo

I have to say that I found Risa a lot more irresponsible than I anticipated. Girl like her could use some discipline. For once, I wouldn't feel bad being the bad guy. Some people just need tough love and order in their lives.
