Its Transformative content and falls under fair use, they aren't directly selling the game either and pursuing legal case against them would just be a waste of time.
Specially since that would also expose the companies' skeletons (you would have to disclose a lot of shit to court) which they really wouldn't want people to see, porn industry is still exploitative industry as it currently is.
One thing I am kinda glad about is the whole corrupting other character stuff might be included in the game.

Well thats my not my experience. Started a fresh save and ran into multiple bugs, dead passages etc..if anything, in my opinion its in a worse state now than earlier releases.
One example is the whole Mr.Brown thing is missing alot of content, (unless this was cut?) after you visit his house once. You just get offer the porn star contract but still you get the passage after school to "Go see Mr Brown" only it just leads to a passage where you can accept the porn star contract or not.
Another is there is a place where when your are at the bus line "! Look Around", click than and countine..and wohla a "Error: the passage "goto" does not exit
Mega Mall and realtor are also missing content. And the regular mall had a dead link. It's really buggy

It's passage for taxi, which not completed. Rollback button should help with such bugs.
The mother walking in on her in her bedroom with damien was hot. I want to corrupt other girls in the game. Yoonji update was small but at least finally. Been looking forwad to her content since first version when you had pics, videos in her file and I thought they were bugged for many versions.
It's pretty impossible to tell - I've played it quite far through and I'd say not masses new, a decent bit removed and some rewriting of earlier content (that is, tbf, done well)
