Most of the bugs that freezes the game are paths that got shortened and the corresponding move command was either forgotten or overwritten by an older move command due to a version conflict.
The Black Screen bug happens because in the last version the black-picture-fadeout method from the original XP version has been replaced by the actual fade-out command from VX and above.
Therefor fixing the bugs isn't the challenge here, it's rather finding them. So as long as you don't get tired to run into freezes, blackouts and other bugs and report them I will do my best fixing them.

JasNom Sorry for the dumb question, but does the fixed version from Truesatan you linked also include your additions to Alona (though with your model), or those are only in your remake ?

They were only in the little 'remake' demo. The thing is, it would be possible to get them into truesatan 's version, but I never rendered out all the expressions necessary to make a full bust-replacement for Combin's version. On the other hand I should have the render files to pick it up one day.

Alona MZ 1.09 Alpha fix2:
- fade-in bug fixed: At the end of the 3rd teaching session, the screen stays black.

Alona MZ 1.09 Alpha fix 1:
1. Picture of tortured Alona will now disappear after the torture scene is over
2. Conversation picture of Alona will now disappear after she checked the toilet.
3. The desk in the cafeteria no longer blocks Alona from buying snacks and drinks.

Bro so I for some reason dont get the scene for punishment for wearing black undies second time with the water buskets. also alona doesnt take bath wither it just freezes. I am uploading the save here incase.

also another bug is the event with the bad students after the drugging event. like when the students confront alona the next day, the scene gets stuck

I think I found it. You were talking about the second event after Alona gets threatened by the bad students when you walk her down to the bad students to start the first bad student event (cowriding). I fixed both and a bit more I found on the way.
