Save files should just go in the games folder with the exe, that's (I think) the usual Tyrano Engine save location.

1.20 is the version the fan made English patch was made for, it might not work properly with any other. There's no new content in 1.21 looking a the change log just a few fixes.

About black screen / freeze after getting in the bus.
Seem the game is broken somehow, probably is related to resolution problem, for avoid this don't enlarge screen in transition frames and don't go full screen, after you get into bus you can enlarge the screen again but don't go full screen or the game will freeze, same stuff if you want to molest her.
Switching to jap locale is not helping (neither windows version) so for now this is the only solution even if you have to bear the windows bar.

full screen surely have his problem but for what I noted the main problem is audio related, if the audio track switch somehow break the game.

Clock file doesn't seem to work at first a message popped out saying it couldn't find the file clock.ks I looked at it in the folder it said it was missing and there was a file named _clock.ks I deleted the "_" and the message stopped showing up, but it doesn't show the clock anyway, it still shows like it's missing the file.

Is the zip file supposed to contain everything inside a folder called "tcms was here" and is the game's executable's filename supposed to be a string of random numbers and letters? Sorry if this is a weird question, but the files just look so different from the sequel I just wanted to make sure I downloaded the right thing and someone didn't just try to mess with the downloads.

As far as I know it's always been like it. TCMS was staff at the time, I assume they had to edit it for some reason and just edited myself back to Urge to Molest.
