Can I override this to previous version with translated by bepinex ?
Yes you can, just move the related files and folders and it will work. The translation is separate from the game so it can be moved from folder to folder.
There's one game that shared almost the same concept (simulation, isometric view, NTR theme) the difference is that the game's being played from a girl POV, so instead of cucking the husbands, this girl's cucking the wives (and even her own boyfriend, if you so choose) LOL. I tried pasting all you gave into the game folder then replace .ini file as you suggested. A console popped up and It gave me this error.
Is it because i'm using windows 11 or what?

I used the fish currency to get money because the actual money cheat is somewhat complicated.
use cheat engine, open the game (NTR DOJO) - on cheat engine click "select a process to open" - find the game exe - check how many fish coins u have (ex. 40) - enter on value 40 then click first scan - then go fish to increase your fish coins (ex. +23) - then enter 63 (40+23) on the value then click next scan - you will see the one data attribute that changed in value from first and previous - click that ang change its value to whatever you wish - look at the bottom part of the cheat engine - click active on that data u changed value - now u have $$$$$
