Yes you can, just move the related files and folders and it will work. The translation is separate from the game so it can be moved from folder to folder.

I tried pasting all you gave into the game folder then replace .ini file as you suggested. A console popped up and It gave me this error.

I used the fish currency to get money because the actual money cheat is somewhat complicated.
use cheat engine, open the game (NTR DOJO) - on cheat engine click "select a process to open" - find the game exe - check how many fish coins u have (ex. 40) - enter on value 40 then click first scan - then go fish to increase your fish coins (ex. +23) - then enter 63 (40+23) on the value then click next scan - you will see the one data attribute that changed in value from first and previous - click that ang change its value to whatever you wish - look at the bottom part of the cheat engine - click active on that data u changed value - now u have $$$$$
How do i check how many fished i have in the cheat engine and how do i change it i cant seem to be able to scan the fill or stuff like that

You look in the number of points you have to pay the dude by the river, If you have 100, you put that in the CE and then you put scan, after that you ahve to spend some points and put the new amount in the scan and press next scan the ther should be only one (sometimes more than one can appear) then you will have to try each on if there are only three to 5 .
Do you also by any chance know how to get the auto translation working i cant seem to get bepinex to work i cant open it or extract it
