Is the triangle key used for anything in stage 2, and is there a key for the door that doesn't go to the elevator, or are those two things just red herrings?

I didn't myself, I've just used a different save to unlock everything to share the translation, however there aren't many place where I didn't go, one surely is behind that closed door and since I'm not sure if everything is behind there idk the rest.

Total 4 Head, 5 Body, 4 Leg and 6 others
In stage 2, there is a wood cart in the elevator, and there is a key on it. Get it and go back to the restroom, the cow costume is on the box.
In stage 4-2 2nd floor, if you get in the entrance without wearing any clothes, the bunny Goblin will give you the Maid set.

One more thing about the way to get in the Ending A and B
Ending A: Just by pass the door after the doctor Goblin and not breaking most of the green cylinders, They think you are safe enough to be a sex toy.
Ending B: Kill the doctor Goblin which stay in the room and get the permit. After the door closed and you use the permit to open the door without breaking most of the green cylinders. They think you are dangerous so that you become...

Btw, while fixing some stuff and exploring I've manged to find the triangle key, is there only as gimmick?

Also, to my knowledge I still missing one pair of shoes, the collar and the tiara (I got it with the complete save so they are translated but Is missing the pick up action)
