Sorry I'm not sure if there is new content or if it is just bug fixes, unfortunately there was no changelog or patch notes I could find.

The game has been updated again and is now V4 on GOG.

Given the original japanese version of the game is not updated I'd say probably not.

I didn't know there was another game on the way, but it seems it'll have a female MC milking/fucking a bunch of pig-lookalike-men and it seems also without a mainstory, just grind maybe.

Aside from the translation, the Kagura Games release is a bit sloppy, candle girl graphic has a mistake that needs to be edited to be fully uncensored (third capture) and they couldn't be bothered to take two seconds to edit the 'SystemGraphic' - imprisoned boy graphics. You can edit these with the uncensored graphics in this thread and DXExtract.

Of course, if you are leveling skills she should be pretty easy. For example, leveling multi fingering could let you kill her when she tries to heal and leveling endure a lot would mean she can't damage you through enduring stance s + endure a lot so it's easier to stay alive. I'm not sure if she has any piercing moves. BTW, if you aren't leveling skills, I'm pretty sure the final boss is just impossible. Happy to be proven wrong there though.

Imagine thinking this game is grindy. You don't need to beat any enemy more than 3 times. I've beaten the final boss 3 times with only fuck, endure, and multi fingering maxed and every enemy before her without leveling anything at all. I wouldn't be surprised if leveling the endure skills is just fucking people over because their defense gets too high.

I bet my sould you didn't beat the final boss with only the 3 moves you listed, what did you do about her hyper heal and your own slowly decreasing health?

And people are saying there's some un-censor patch for the non-Kagura version, but the only thing like that I've been able to find is on the Kagura site. If I used that wouldn't that remove the loli content as well? Is there some secondary patch that just got lost in the internet aether because the Kagura patch comes up so much?

They haven't removed the loli content perse. More like they edited text to remove the references to them being lolis. As for the uncensoring the non-Kagura version at some point in this thread someone went to the effort to uncensor all the animations of the game.
