Photoshoots with roomie unlocks after you did shoots with Emily.
You mean, you haven't met her at all? You met barb's mom at roomate's office when you agree to help her with her little theft problem.
The same time they gave you the quest to buy it. At morning gymnastics with roomate and Anna is in the library all day. Inventory is lower-left of the screen, bring cursor to the edge of the screen to make it appear and select item. I can't recall exactly whether new topic appears or you have to drag it upon the girl. Check yourself.
Office requires to do both photoshoots with roomate. Afterwards at one of your morning talks, before she goes to work in the livingroom, or at the evening at either dinner or while wathcing TV (i can't recall exactly) she brings up the topic and thats it. The rest of he cosplay uniforms unlock after you made the shoots with Emily and read the photographer book. Read it BEFORE doing the shoots though.
where does the game save aside from the saves because I just downloaded 1.1.0 and I have some old ass saves?

whut? saves are in same location, just overwrite files the old game and start game and all saves works

Health certificate is attainable, you can move into the dorms and thats it. There is no next episode. The game is finished.
