Not shure if I got your question right,! You can Achieve all Achievements, only the Elena Prisioner not because it is game over.
Else you can get them all.

Not sure if that is actually in the code but it is the only reasoning I can figure for her sudden and complete change of heart. After that night, MC can fuck mom on the couch watching TV, leave his door open when he masturbates and she will join in and ride him in his gaming chair, have two more options by the pool, in the shower, good morning fucks in the kitchen, late night visits in both Julia's and MC's room as well as some random nocturnal encounters in the dining room. Pretty sure I'm still forgetting some as well... Before MC saves Julia from the vampire she is totally freaked out by MC peeping or being too overt in his touching of her person. After that night Julia becomes MC's willing and utterly cock starved concubine.TBH, I didn't even know that what you advise was even possible. The only time I ever encountered Julia at the club was in the bar. In my gameplay she only waits tables and serves drinks, never dances. However, I do not play the vampire route or the werewolf route for that matter. My MC remains human throughout the game so there may be loopholes and other content spawned in other routes of which I am unaware. The club is owned and operated by vampires.
I'm thinking you may be mistaking Julia for the vampire woman that IS a dancer. Not the vampire chick from MC's school but her mother. You have to be on the vampire path to have sex with her AFAIK. In this game, vampires and lycans can identify you by scent so your hoodie isn't fooling anyone past the doorman and the other humans in the club.

This is still how MC's fapping in his bedroom scene goes for me. TBH, if this dev doesn't stop rewriting shit every update, I'm about done with it. This game is FAR too damned grindy for a full restart. That just won't happen. Thanks, my friend.

I may return in a year or so once I see a completed tag and replay it then. Not starting over now. Not for a few scene variations. Besides... that lip biting pose is worn out to the point I don't ever want to see it again. I've followed this title since the earliest updates, stood up for it when the trolls came to burn it down more times than I can count and genuinely enjoyed most of it until the dev reshuffled the whole fucking deck all over... AGAIN! TBH, I am disappointed by all of the changes. IMHO, dev needs to have a vision and stick to it rather than bend to every whim and complaint tossed their way. The changes to the haunting quest at Emma's and Olivia's home was a boring slog to play after the latest revisions and I had zero option to skip it. Originally, it was a really strange quest line. I didn't like all of it but it was proper horror show. Now it's a mess. I've seen too many Lilith characters in other games already. Didn't need to see another.
This dev's rendering skills may have improved but too many stereotypes and clichés posing as arc types and originality leaves me utterly flat. Every time I think I have this game clocked to where I get it and can help other folks get it too, the dev flips a switch and changes shit around. I'll await a final version then maybe... MAYBE I will play it again...

To finish SACRED SEX you have to sleep three times and each time you will have a different nightmare where you will make the acquaintance of Elena/Lilith and only after the third one you will go to Emma's house and after talking to EMMA, SARA AND OLIVIA you will go to the Church for to meet Nun Catalina and Father Mario .

I have a 99% save ready for 0.79, however, I still can't get "Visits unexpected?" achievement (NOT the alien one) - and the card that goes with it - "Julia, Thanks Mark!" (47) to trigger. Leaving the door open leads to either Julia or Lucy to join in the masturbation, or in some cases both, but I feel like I'm missing something. Any ideas, anyone?
Anyway here's the 99% save, missing the above mentioned and the one where you have Elena as prisoner (impossible to have all after you branch out paths).

I have this issue when I launch my saves from V0.74 and it crashes and have this error log pop up. Error line I get is this
"I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
While running game code:
File "game/kGame/updateVars.rpy", line 285, in <module>
NameError: name 'playerName' is not defined"
Does anyone run into this issues and can someone guide me on how to resolve this? Thank you so much
