Question for everyone - is Daedalron active here or does anyone know how to reach Daedalron?

I really like Daedalron Bots for DSCS and I want to support it in SR24 but it adds 5 slots and part types which limits the ability to create new part types. I'd like permission to make an alternative .json file for the 'Daedalron Bots' mod that would be used with SR24. It would have 3 changes: 1) remove the 'genitals' slot and assign the parts to 'vagina', 2) remove the 'ears' slot so I can put an 'ears' slot in the SR24 code making 'ears' functional instead of only decorations, and 3) change the list priority of 'horns', 'tails', and 'wings' to position part types on the 'Tinker' page within SR24. These changes would reduce the 'footprint' of 'Daedalron Bots' without changing any of the bots and features.

if you go to https://f95zone.to/members/ you can search for any member (assuming you know the username). I actually only found you can do that just now, I originally found him from the link in the mod-page that went directly to his profile, or you can get to the profile-page by clicking on the username to the left of any post they made.

Hi, Squirrel24! Thank you very much for sr24, it is really nice revision of dscs.
Although, I added 2 my mods to android version and it stoped to launch. Log files says nothing particular.

Sorry to hear this, if you can tell me which bot mods you used I can try to help. If you wrote your own perhaps you can share them with me?

Ok, well, here you go. Screenshot shows us a situation where there a 3 jointfile mods in mod folder with different code - utf-8, 16 & 32. Game won't see 8 at all. I deleted mod with assets to figure out main problem.

Oh, and its Android, by the way... :oops:
Aaaand i discovered they work, they just don't show up in mod menu. Played for fun and found my atom core in junk... Game still crashes while assets of my bots in folder.

Hi, sorry you're having trouble but the error messages in the screen shot say there are bugs in your mod files. I am on vacation until Sept. 12 and probably will not be able to help you until then.

Have a grate vacation! By the way, somehow it all works properly now. My parts, my bots. Dunno why was the straggle... Consider question solved!

Sorry, I'm barely active in here, but I still check from time to time ^^

I have no issue with those proposed changes. The reason I created a slot called genitals instead of vagina was to have the end-user the choice to make any bot a futa, since that way the penis and vaginas would share a similar slot, making the parts interchangeable.

Thanks! I'll post a modified .json file for Daedalron Bots that will be an SR24 version with my next release. Funny about the genitals vs. vagina, your way works but I plan on a futa bot having both types of genitals rather than creating a 'combination' genital.

A-a-am... just for yuor notice, i just downloaded 0.0.2 version and it won't start. Surprisingly, 0.0.1 won't start either. It worked lately, but stopped. Maybe have something with latest window 10 updates...

Sorry to learn this. In your log I see you have 'Windows-10-10.0.22621' which is newer than what I'm running which is 'Windows-10-10.0.19041'. I suppose this could be a source of the problem but it seems unlikely to me. Did you install 0.0.2 into a new folder or did you install it over the top of 0.0.1 in the same folder? If so that could be the problem because these versions are not compatible. Pieces of 0.0.1 left over in the 0.0.2 installation would be a problem. You cannot use saves from 0.0.1 in 0.0.2 either. I wish I had any other ideas, sorry.

Later: The version of Windows shown in your log file isn't Windows 10, it's the current version of Windows 11. A quick Google search told me this. I have a new laptop running Windows 11 so I installed 0.0.2 on it and it runs fine with the log file reporting 'Windows-10-10.0.22621'. There were pending updates on my laptop so I installed them. Afterwards 0.0.2 still runs normally and the log reports the same build number. Whatever your problem is it's very unlikely that windows updates caused it.

Well, that's strange. I installed in another folder (old 0.0.1 is in another that's why i said it won't start either - I checked). Nothing changed since last start but windows updates. What a shame...

Sorry :( Do you still have Radnor's DSCS game on your computer? If so, does it work?
