Yeah but not really, there isn't continuity, even the contract itself is modified.
It basically just seems like this got abandoned and the new AVN got made to white-wash plot and decisions from this version.

The terms of the contract were very straightforward in the first game. The MC was vague enough with their desires to be interpreted however Avi wanted. Avi outright stated in dream that MC isn't just changed into a female body, they were technically made a succubus themselves. This is actually a clue to why everyone is supernaturally drawn to the MC by just seeing them or just a picture.

I think "abandoned" tag would be more appropriate here lol. Literally all storylines were left unresolved after the game ended with an absurd cliffhanger. And then in the sequel, all player choices went into the trash.

I think this is still a beta. There could be plans to tie to old game and include accumulated stats once it gets far enough.

You are kinda right. Other than two short storyines and a few bug fixes, part 1 is unfinished. Part 2 is in essence an unfinished beta introduction.
