Overview:

There seems to be lot of errors and sandbox mode doesn't even start, I am using it with patch BTW.
Choices seem hard to differentiate, Love or Trust, where do they lead to? Plus its not gonna be Harem? :confused::cry::(

At least two that immediately come to mind (the mom and the aunt). I'm not sure whether things have progressed enough for others yet. I'm not remembering offhand, and I'm not motivated to look to verify.

When I started the King of MILFs in 2020, I intended for the project to be finished in 2 years.
However, it's the end of 2023 and I'm nowhere near finished with the King of MILFs. After completing Chapter 5 in October, I realized that so much content was missing that I decided to rewrite the entire story from the beginning. I thought I would be finished by Christmas, but unfortunately, I'm still re-writing the 2nd half of The King of MILFs. Therefore, I've decided to stop taking donations on Patreon until I've released a full build.

Due to real-life obligations and the scale of rewriting the game, I don't know when I'll be able to fully release a finished 1.0 build and I'm sorry for everyone who has been waiting for the past 6 months for the story to end.

In the meantime, there's a Christmas gallery for patrons.
