I would like to know a few things before we proceed - the Dev says in the Dev comments that this game will have group sex - is it avoidable and /or is it all female with the MC?
what does he mean with the multiple penetration? a second male or a toy?
will there be a harem play or must we pick a single partner?
Will there be NTR (which will end the story right now for me if it will)
I really wish the Devs would give us a more complete description of what they will include even if it is not here now
All that said so far I like the story
In future can you include a way to know what some of the LI's think of you - ie: a heart in upper right corner when clicked on list the girls and have stats and love progression etc...

#1 - I am still writing and editing. Everything is subject to change. At this point, group sex = MFF and double pen = MF+Toy. Office Perks is NOT a harem game and choices will need to be made. We are still early in the game, and playing the field is normal.
#2 - NTR is not planned for this game
#3 - I am planning to add a 'relationship' screen where you can check these stats. For now, there is only the notification for interest.
#4 - No, Jenny is not a vampire, and she's actually pretty self-concious about her "fangs" and even brings them up in a conversation later.
Yes playing the field is normal if you get the choice, and when you get interested in one girl you no longer play the field, taking advantage of women is not a good thing at all
Every flirt/interest opportunity is a choice and determines whether or not you will continue getting the optional romance scenes with that character. "Forced" interactions, like the first lunch with Nikki, or even the walk with Eva are there for early-game character development that will become important for the main story. You can play the entire game at this point without romancing any of the characters, just one, some of them, or all of them.
Eva's 'forced' Saturday outing is specifically to learn about her musical talents, her interest in music, and to give you your first choice on whether or not to continue with her by agreeing/denying the funk show invite. If a scene is not optional, it's a main story detail, however large or small that detail may be. Optional scenes are romance scenes and typically don't include dialog or details pertaining to the main storyline.

Would you consider creating a path where the MC gets laid off, then the rest of the game is him staying home playing dating sims and complaining about Visual Novels not being simple dating sims?

This is just what i needed. I very beautiful and sweet game with a bucket of likeable People. Seriously...you did an outstanding job. 
The Game is very good written, easy to understand and has a nice story. For me, Jenny is my absoulte favourite. How can someone be so nice and sweet at the same time!?! Thank god that you didnt plan to put this NTR shit in this lovely game. Also a harem wouldn t fit. Leave it as it is, because this feels more like "reality". Thank you Dev, and keep up the great work. Looking really forwward, what you have in store for the next Chapters.

Hmm...I see a romance tag only, shouldn't this title also have the dating sim tag a well...because MC is actually dating and having sex with more than one girl in the story? Sorry as I'm not totally sure, but I thought the romance tag is a single love interest path.
Also, just a suggestion to the dev...you might want to review a few of the popular titles (these are first time dev release titles) like Grandmas House, or My Dorm, to see how they setup their Gene and Developers Notes sections. Both dev's spent time and answered many of the same repeated questions that's normally flooding in the forms, and added detailed info to their Gene and Developer notes sections.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check on the Genre/Dev notes and try to add some more detail.
For the romance tag, it's entirely possible to date one LI at a time, none of them, or all of them. I wasn't aware of the dating sim tag, so I can add that since you can date multiple LIs at the same time.
