Very nice work! I think I see what you did in Blender... the glowing object right? You can do that in Daz. Just click an object, go to the surface properties and set them as emissive and set the colour etc... of the light they give off.

My idea was to create them together with material and emission light as seen in the DAZ render. (Blender has quite a few options for this and the result is very interesting). However due to my little experience with Blender/Daz transfer (or technical problem with the transfer) I managed to transfer only the geometric shape in DAZ, but not the material with characteristics (color, glowlight/emission, density, etc.). After that having the object's shape in DAZ I did exactly what you mentioned - gave them a shader - crystal and then emission settings.

I think I had read somewhere that it was impossible to transfer colors, materials, etc. from Blender to DAZ due to issues with texturing, shading, etc. object/material properties in 3D modeling. I do not know if it's like that. It might be possible, but it goes deep into things I'm still learning.

Using Blender (I started learning it for this purpose) was that I wanted to create a model of a bed that changes with the model sitting/lying in it --> collision between the human body and the bed. Something like this:

In Daz, I played around with the settings of the existing bed models quite a bit, but I wasn't satisfied. And I had decided to try and create a bed that had a lot of Subdivision value (sorry for the imprecise English, but you get the idea).

Creating a bed with a mattress, frame and even pillows in Blender is no longer a problem for me. The problem is their transfer Blender >> Daz keeping the high number of polygons of the mattress (or the Blender settings corresponding to Mesh resolution/Mesh smoothing in DAZ). I guess the technical part of things is complicated given the difference between the two programs. But I was just curious to try :)

Have you considered doing it the other way around? from Daz to Blender I mean...
That's the workflow I've been working with for a while now. I create my characters, dress them up, etc in Daz, and then transfer to Blender where I do all the modifications I need (like the bed you mentionned). I sometimes even transfer entire environements from Daz.
Materials and textures transfer (almost) always very good with diffeomorphic. Plus I find Blender much better for anything that isn't character creation. By far the most efficient way to work a render IMO.

It may differ from time to time, but most of the time New Genitalia for Victoria 8 is used for females. The males are different. In my OWN scene subsets I tend to use the normal Genesis 8 Male genitals, but in the game, they often use things like Dictator v3 or dbxxx-XY. But man, they're UGLY penises! Heheh... I will often use G8M genitals along with a genital morph that comes with the George character which allows you to make it larger and combine that with the G8M Genitals.

For the females breasts, I always manually adjust them myself using the Real World morphs you will see listed under the Parameters tab, the character section and in the Anatomy area for that character. There's a CHEST section you can manually adjust and a Real World section (red settings) that I always use. You can use easy to use morphs like Breastacular you can install, but because I make these scene subsets to share, I like to limit how many morphs are needed. Plus I like to do them myself anyhow.

For pubic hair, if any, for females, lately, I have been using Pubic Hair for NGV8 which is VERY flexible and realistic. It has lots of settings to adjust it in any way.
Thanks for the intel!! I'm trying to learn about Daz renders, since I plan making my own game. I'll probably ask this stuff on fan art threads from my favorite games, specially about lewd scenes, which has been pretty hard for me. Collisions seems not to work, so my lewd animations are kind trash, body trespassing body.

Nice work! Yeah, I have played with Blender's emissions and it is simple with some great results.

This was one of my first experiments with Blender emissions (cube) and reflections (spheres). Simple scene with nice results...
