Keep in mind that the MC might certainly still need to grow in character, skill and knowledge etc. But too much of a blank slate though means confusion and disorder - too much of a fully developed Protaganist as someone also said will bind or restrict you. I love this game - be cautious about the advice you take/follow as there will already be firm ideas in your Audience's so-called mind(s) that too much change will cause disappointment.

Around about the time of the next release. I don't see anything concrete on Patreon or Discord, so I'm guessing only formerflame has an idea. And even then they might not, depending on how solidified their plans for release are.

FF made a post on his discord late september saying he's still working on it but RL has taken up a lot of his time.

if i'm not mistaken this dev works on this game by himself ... and in RL works alot ... i love this game as much as the rest of you all ... but i don't wanna piss the dev off that he decides to stop working on it .. that would be bad .. to many awesome games have bit the dust .. and i don't want this one added to it 
so please be patient

I'm sure the dev is still working his ass off to get the next release out. Since it's a solo project, it takes him some time to get releases finished.

This should be marked as abandoned till a new update comes out last post on patreon was on dec but last update was on May. and his discord is massively quiet without any info.

Yeah, I love this game but dev sucks at communication yet when something is posted it just comes across like they have lost interest.

This absolutely should not be marked as Abandoned yet. It's not been 18 months yet since the last release, and since they did post in December and this was neither placed On Hold nor officially abandoned by Former Flame, this thread doesn't qualify yet for that prefix. Rules for that are posted here (item 3.2), FYI. I definitely agree that the lack of communication is frustrating and sends the message of lack of desire, but still....
