The game description doesn't tell us anything about what this game is. All I can tell from the images is that it takes place in a sci-fi type universe.

Well, I am curious specially on what some of those codes are that the Universal Mods are picking up on, something tells me this is going to be quite the game to look out for in future updates, and I am interested in checking this out. Thank you so very much for this!!!

Jk, I think I'll end up more or less checking all those boxes. I didn't spend all that time building these different women to turn around and limit the player to just one.

My only main concern is if femdom is going to play a major part in this game and if this is going to be an overall femdom game. Or if femdom is just a side thing and only related to one or two characters (and if it's avoidable). From what I've played so far though, I didn't see any femdom (and one of the scenes feels like light maledom).

Femdom is not going to be a major part at least in the sense that the MC is not a bottom or sub. The girls are going to dom the shit out of each and the MC will dom the shit out of some of them throughout the game though. There will be a couple scenes where the MC gets dommed a little but they'd probably end up falling under what would be considered "optional".
And thanks for your comment, as well as everyone else! I told myself I was going to wait a couple days before looking at feedback but I glad I have no willpower because so far it's all mostly positive.
I'm juggling a couple things right now at my PC but I'm going to try and go through and answer everyone's questions.

So yeah, most of the content is going to be taking place in the real world.
And yeah the MC is super skinny. I originally had a bit in the intro that mentions how he's lost weight/out of shape/a little depressed since he's not working but I cut it out because I still feel like this release has too much plot dumping/scene setting and not enough meat. So the MC will be hitting the gym. A few other characters will be changing their bodies some and I want to be able to visually communicate the passage of time. The whole story isn't going to be taking place over a matter of weeks but probably a year or two. But also I intentionally made the MC no necessarily unattractive, but definitely not male model material. I realize we're all cooking with a lot of the same ingredients but it feels like 90% of the MCs in these games either look like action stars/young adult hearthrobs/way too young and I wanted to change it up a bit without making him an ugly bastard.
But even if the games not for you I legit appreciate your feedback. Also, what's SOA?

No, thank you for showing interest. Although you might end up getting disappointed with some of the variables in the code. I used a lot of them as simple Yes/No flags to track if the player made a particular choice but I used 1's and 0's instead of True/False.
I am tracking a good amount of choices in a more cumulative way primarily for determining which endings are available but also to adjust the content a little along the way. My guiding philosophy is to reward players for their choices, not punish them, but you won't be able to get all the content in a single playthrough. I already did this a little in this release based on if you made it to your meeting on time or not. And while it will definitely end up a little lopsided with the spicy content favoring the players who make their MC a total slut who puts their dick in everything I'm going to try to make sure every play style gets something fun.

Cool deal. I don't mind a bit of light femdom if that is the case. Just not one personally for the heavy femdom stuff. But overall, it all sounds great and looking forward to how it goes.
Oof, well, first off, I'm going to say, good on you for daring to be different. I'm even more curious now on how this is going to play out. For me, as long as the story is good and keeps me entertained, then I'm not picky on what kind of fetishes are included. And the writing is pretty good so far, so it doesn't bother me lol.
Just mentioning it as to prepare you for the backlash you're going to get from part of this community. They think that all devs must follow their made-up guidelines of what fetishes are allowed to be put together in a VN, and if you go against it, they are going to scold you for it lol.
Either way, just hope you stick to your guns and don't give in to the pressure (like most devs here do lol). This forum is a rough place for new devs who go against the flow, so best of luck!

SOA (sword art online) is an anime. basically that one that's famous for "if you die in the game you die in real life"
but back to this game. honestly the main thing that bugs me was the lesbian scenes. they don't do jack for me and i'm one of those that get the NTR feeling even if its girl on girl. if i don't want to see other guys getting it on. then the same applies to girls.
HOWEVER that's not what i'm bringing up at best i was gonna ask for a toggle button to not show those scenes(ideally alternative renders, but i know that's asking for a lot).
in my current playthrough i avoided the random girl not because i'm worried about what snitching to her could mean. but simply cause it leads to seeing the scene were we watch the other girl rail her sub.
its nice to know Femdom isn't the main thing here but also a little confusing for me cause now it makes me want to wait for future updates. if it was a full Femdom i'd simply leave the thread knowing this isnt my kind of game. but now after reading some of the plans for the game. for now i can stick around.
either way i do wish you luck. it looks like a good game regardless.

Yeah, there will be girl on girl scenes that are unavoidable. The game is going to focus the perspective on the MC but there will be occasional interludes (interlewds if you will) that will include clam jams.
And to answer some of the earlier questions, the relationships are set up the way they are because obviously I was thinking about using Patreon. I even started to set up the page and everything. But I saw some drama some other creators were going through because Patreon updated their guidelines and now I think it might not be worth the hassle. I'll probably miss out on my chance to be an AVN millionaire but I don't want the stress of worrying about them nuking my account. And I'm not sure about itch.io, there's nothing specifically calling it out in their FAQ about acceptable content but I saw some comments on their forum for some other games saying that itch doesn't allow overly affectionate families.
So for now I'll go with two distros. You could probably figure out how to edit the script yourself to get the desired result, but I'll save you the hassle for now.
As far as NTR/sharing I probably scared some people off earlier but I've seen some wild reactions on this site during my days as a lurker and I still have no idea what the agreed definition of NTR even is. For example was the scene with the apple NTR?

Sorry I missed this while I was writing my manifesto in my previous post. I could probably accommodate a toggle to skip certain scenes as long as you're more or less comfortable with the knowledge that they are happening. It shouldn't really get in the way of the plot since regardless of how you choose to play you will end up missing out on certain events(ie whoever you didn't choose for the last event- the other event happened and their respective story is going to move forward) and in some ways the themes of the game kind of hinge on the MC not be fully aware of or in control of the situation. As far as alternate renders go, the MC is going to have the option to be involved basically anytime he's physically(or virtually) present so I'm not sure how I would handle that but I could always just throw in a bonus render or two but that would probably depend on demand and I can't promise they would equal the quantity or quality of the skipped scenes.
And seriously thanks for engaging with me over this. I really do love hearing everyone's opinions, even if they don't like parts of the game, and I appreciate the positive attitudes.

Good choice on going to subscribestar if you're going to have incest. I know patreon is the popular choice, but you risk having your patreon deleted if you go down that route. Always best to start off safe rather than sorry.
As for the NTR stuff, per this site, if it is designed to cause jealousy by having a LI cheat on you (behind your back or whatever), then it is NTR. If it's a threesome (MFM, MFF, or even involving futa/trans), or if you have an open relationship and allow them to mess with others on their own, then it is just sharing/swinging. If it's the MC cheating on his LI (behind her back or whatever), then it is just classified as cheating.
That's how it is per the site definitions at least. Some of the community though has their own definitions lol.

Sounds like you are interested in doing more sharing/swinging/netorase or polyamory rather than NTR.
NTR (netorare) is when the MC's love interest that we control basically fucks someone else (regardless of gender) without the protagonist's permission and/or to cause him jealousy.
While I don't like sharing either, the scenes you shared fall into this category as it seems like the MC willingly shares his mom with his boss, and his girlfriend with his futa sister.
If the love interest fucks someone other than the main character and not part of his harem or polyamorous relationship, the definition would be sharing/swinging/netorase. If the love interests only fuck each other (between harem members themselves) without in MC present it would be polyamory.
For example, if the MC's boss is not a love interest to the MC, the scene with the mom would be sharing. If the MC's boss is a love interest, the scene would simply be polyamory.
Anyway. Just a little advice. In my opinion, making skippable scenes but still happening in the story is absolutely useless, unless you want to make a kinetic story. It's always, always always always always better to make it avoidable. Let the player decide whether or not it happens.
For now it looks like you only plan to do "sharing" or polyamory with women and/or love interests. So maybe and I'll give the game a try. Personally I won't pass beyond that.

I probably should've clarified in my earlier post that I know what NTR means in the "original/official" sense. That's on me I can see that I didn't articulate it well. My whole "Is this a NTR?" shpiel was sort of a comment on the way people label/accuse/talk about games on this site and an excuse to tease some upcoming scenes. And not even taking into account the trolls, even in a stricter good faith interpretation of the word it can still be kind of subjective. One of the other commenters mentioned how one of the scenes in the game gave him a NTR feeling and I am *absolutely* not trying to call him out or invalidate his reaction, he has been giving constructive feedback and sharing his take on the game and I'm not the kind of guy to tell people they're having the wrong kind of fun, and I don't know if you played the game and know which scene he's talking about but I don't think everyone would view it as NTR.

But yeah, in general there's going to be way more content that falls under sharing/poly/netorase than NTR in the strict traditional sense. However, like I referenced earlier I can't really control how players might read or interpret some things, authorial intent be damned, and I know some people have very strong reactions anytime a character in games like these has sex with someone other than the MC. There's also some content I plan on including that probably creeps a lot closer towards hard NTR that involves girl on girl action. And I'm likely to include some OPTIONAL content that involves other men having sex with some of the girls, but it wouldn't really be presented in a your-girl-gets-stolen way since it would only occur if the MC chose not to do something with the girl himself.
And as far as the skippable scene thing it wouldn't apply to anything where the MC is present or somehow able to affect the situation. I'm already using limited perspective as device throughout the game so having the player miss some cut aways won't completely wreck the story. Sure, he might not understand why certain characters react or behave a particular way because he missed out on some context but that's already going to be happening.
I really don't mind explaining my plans for the game. (I'll even spoil the whole plot if you dare me) Also I don't mind adjusting *some* content if it's what the people want - I'm not the kind of guy who blames the audience for not laughing at a joke- as long as I'm maximizing total enjoyment without derailing the story/setting or turning it into the kind of compromise that just leaves everyone disappointed. So, if I come off as cagey or unclear it's really just that I'm just trying to be conservative and not mislead people about what will or won't or might or mon't be in the game.
Besides it's free and it's not that long yet so anyone on the fence should at least try it out for now.

so i might be wrong on this. but maybe its the sci-fi, specifically the cyberpunk looking characters that throw the previews off.
i started looking around and realize those type of games seem to have a rough road ahead.
maybe the game can get more traction from additional previews.
the reason i say i might be wrong about it is based on my own taste. i dont mind said characters. but i'll admit the more mechanic they look the less attractive.
it certainly can't be the femdom since i've seen some do well if they go the full femdom route. same with ntr.
the mixed bag games are always a difficult one to pull off though. mostly cause there are conflictions with some genre one way or the other. i'm pretty sure you've heard or seen instances where NTR people feel baited since it's not full NTR and the same with Harem. it's just a game with NTR and Harem in them.
but for now like i said maybe some more previews.
my favorite character so far would probably be Natalie. personality wise at least. i dont mind aggressive personalities but less so when they're raunchy. imagine a drunk at a bar talking about fucking all the time except it's a girl for example.
i also like how the MC handled his meeting with Ness. other games MC would focus to much on the half naked girls. so nice to see he wasnt like
"BOOBA" and then his brained turned off. although he wasnt in control he did alright given the circumstances. of course the first meeting wasnt to my taste. the whole blackmail thing and all. maybe a motive for revenge path?

I have no desire to watch others have sex with my girls or family members just like I don't play any triple A games to watch someone else get the girl and save the world.
