Is there different downloads other than meg cause mega reach max quotes won't finish downloading

You can use a free VPN like Proton or OpenVPN to alter your IP in order to refresh the download quota.
It's also possible, if you don't have a static IP, to just disconnect and reconnect your router, which will force a new IP by your ISP.
I also advise the use of a download manager like JDownloader, which will return downloads from the point of the disconnect.
Browsers usually start over from the beginning.

You don't need a save. There is in-game cheat. Start a new game,enter names/relationship, click Esc and you can skip everything and start from there.

The split archive download in OP does require all parts in order to unzip.
It's the full HD release, which is about ~20gigs.
If you want a single file, all the other ones not in a "Splits"-spoiler will do.
