Oh, I knew there was something missing since the last version of the game I played. There is no stack of papers on the desk... is there something I'm supposed to do to make it appear or was it supposed to be there from the beginning?
Do you have the ability to Arouse people? If so, use that until your hand and face start to change. If not, then something is really messed up. Attach a savegame so we can look at it.

No, the only things I can do are read Anabel's mind and whisper something to her. I cannot arouse anyone and I cannot do anything at all to people who are not Anabel. Kinda frustrating as I feel like I'm just missing something...

you must have the task of lowering her level of study (such a save was attached), then you will have two options for whispering: "lower study" and "raise study" (on each of the lectures, at the library, at homework).
I had tried that for about an Hour... No Luck. I never even see her "At" the window to get the guys to try and talk to her. I know I must have missed a step someplace.... Does it happen on only a particular day? Her "corruption Level" is like 154 and Study is 65
At times she is with the 2 fellows in her class next to the lockers, other times she is with the redhead gal. Once or twice I think she was "nowhere" but I am really unsure about what time that was. I have finished the redhead "lesbian" scenes "2 of them" And she had had sex behind the tree with the tall guy and in her apartment, and blowjob in the cinema. Not sure what else I need....
Oh. I think you've mixed up the routes in the game. Basically, you go the good girl route or you go the bad girl route. I don't think you're supposed to mix them...
Good girl route has increase study, sex with Professor, rebound relationship with Redhead, and one more scene which is triggered when you break up with Red. Then 0.8.9 ends for the good girl route.
Bad girl route has Boyfriend sex, Threesome, sex with Strangers, and some more stuff, but not Redhead or Professor. It ends in the Strip Club.
I'd restart using this save. I think from here you can still go either way (good or bad).

What version are you playing? In 0.8.6 you need to talk to the brown-haired woman at the bar on 3 different days.

I think mine version is 0.8.6, and i play it using android platform.. Is there a specific time for me to talk to that woman?
There's a bug in the Android version because it doesn't support a feature of RenPy that the game uses.
Use this save game to move past the bar.
