I had tried that for about an Hour... No Luck. I never even see her "At" the window to get the guys to try and talk to her. I know I must have missed a step someplace.... Does it happen on only a particular day? Her "corruption Level" is like 154 and Study is 65

Oh. I think you've mixed up the routes in the game. Basically, you go the good girl route or you go the bad girl route. I don't think you're supposed to mix them...
Good girl route has increase study, sex with Professor, rebound relationship with Redhead, and one more scene which is triggered when you break up with Red. Then 0.8.9 ends for the good girl route.
Bad girl route has Boyfriend sex, Threesome, sex with Strangers, and some more stuff, but not Redhead or Professor. It ends in the Strip Club.
I'd restart using this save. I think from here you can still go either way (good or bad).

What version are you playing? In 0.8.6 you need to talk to the brown-haired woman at the bar on 3 different days.

I think mine version is 0.8.6, and i play it using android platform.. Is there a specific time for me to talk to that woman?
There's a bug in the Android version because it doesn't support a feature of RenPy that the game uses.

How many scenes are there with the redhead? I have experienced 2 in Anabelles room.

I think there's just the two. There are no scenes elsewhere with Red.
Library, Pool and Night Club only have scenes in the main (corruption) route.

Can someone provide me with a save (for 8.9) that's right after the completion of the "Level of Study below 60" task?
That and the "Anabel must makes new friends" task are the only two I have, but they seem to be absolutely impossible for me to complete for some reason. I've reached a below 60 Study level several times now, and it never does anything.
Tbh, I'm at the point where I almost don't even want to play the game anymore (Even though it's something I'd definitely enjoy), since the whole process has been kind of infuriating (It doesn't help that this seems to be one of the most painful games to speedrun.... And I've played through it like five times, reaching the same result every time).
