well I am a bit bummed just found this game and its over. I read on the patron page that the mother well be going bye bye (I hope not I like all the models its nice to see a game without clones in it from other games.

I honestly don't know a lot about macs or how they operate with these games, I used Renpy to build the Mac version so it should work, others have tried it and it worked as far as I know. Just to make sure are you certain you downloaded the Mac version?? Maybe @Paris/Texas might be able to help if he is on, he owns a Mac and might be able to shed some more light on it.

I do have the mac version and followed the instructions for the hotfix. I get the same message even without adding the hotfix so I don't know. I haven't gotten this with other games.

I'm sorry I can't help you more, maybe the file got corrupted in download, it could've happened. Could you download it again and see?

You say "too linear" like its something bad, I don't mind linear games if they have a good story, and yours before this rushed ending was pretty good.

And it's not like making the game less linear would be that hard. I mean there's already choices in the game that look like they might lead you into a different path so all it would take is for those choices to actually matter.

That said, it sounds like the main issues are the incest and the game's first person POV. As someone who liked both of those aspect of the game, it makes the rushed ending feel even more like a waste since the new game doesn't sound that interesting to me.

Saw the 'completed' tag and decided to try it out - Pretty cool game, good HQ renders and alright characters - too bad it ended so quickly and ending was rushed but i went and checked Devs patreon and looks like he was tired of this project or inconsistent release schedule, too bad.
