Yes. According to the official walkthrough, Nicole will only be pregnant (according to the text message she received on the evening of Day 26, in which the clinic informed her of the results of the blood test she had done) if the number of Cum Inside points is higher than a certain number set in the code (I think that number is 9 times). Otherwise, the clinic's text message will tell her that she is not pregnant.

These WIP screenshots are really great! And I really like J0K3RXXX theories but I like to add mine too.
Theories:
1st WIP Screenshot: It appears it's a dialogue between MC (Us) and Nicole having sex in her house in front of the door (I had to google what a foyer is but correct me if I'm wrong). Interestingly, this scene could potentially be a new wet dream of Nicole, like what J0K3RXX suggested. But I like to believe this is the make-up sex that Nicole and MC (Us) will have after MC (Us) got angry at Nicole. From the dialogue here Nicole is more open to MC (Us) when we're having sex now. Like how she's more open and tells us what she wants MC (Us) to do with her. Compared to before she was more reserved, and quiet, and keeps her lustful thoughts to herself. This is great character growth for Nicole if you ask me. Not only she's feeling more comfortable with MC (Us) but this is proof that her feelings for MC (Us) are developing. And I love that!
2nd WIP Screenshot: I'm confused about where this scene takes place but I want to believe this dialogue takes place at John's office because it would be weird for John to say this in front of MC (Our) father and just from the dialogue it appears MC's (Our) mother has started working for John already.
I have a feeling this scene takes place before MC (We) lashes out or gets angry at Nicole because this dialogue MC (We) has with John could be one of the triggers that MC (We) unconsciously lashes out or gets angry at Nicole.
The short "fight" between MC (Us) and Nicole will be interesting to watch because I think this will be the first time where it's the MC (Us) will get angry at Nicole. Because I believe in the beginning of Part 12 Nicole was the one who got angry at Nicole. But at the same time, it will be heartbreaking to play through. But if this scene builds up to a HOT, ROMANTIC and LONG make-up sex scene between Nicole and MC (Us). I can't wait!

A quick aside on what I said about what you mentioned here: I doubt that the talk scene between MC and John takes place in the real estate agency (it's most likely happening in John's office, due to its privacy) or shortly after MC's ambush at the hands of his own parents and John himself.
About the latter (and least likely) option, obviously the content of the conversation suggests that MC's parents aren't near them, but there's the possibility that MC storms out of the dining room towards the back garden (which we haven't seen yet in the entire game) and John plays the role of intermediary between MC and his parents, so he approaches MC while the parents would be with Nicole (in front of Hal and Jenny he would claim to be his boss, so he would try to talk to MC man to man). That could be the moment when John says that, because perhaps from where he and MC are, Jenny can be seen well even though they are quite far away.
However, this is just a theory. I still believe that this conversation is probably taking place in John's office, out of earshot thanks to the soundproofing of the office.
I agree with you and sincerely hope you're right, but given my suspicions that AML will reach at least Part 20 before the story ends, I feel like we can't rule out Orb using something similar to the cliffhanger from Part 11 (let's not forget that that cliffhanger wasn't revealed until almost the end of Part 13). I wonder how the "Friendship with Marilyn" parameter will work? If it's high, it will help defeat John, and if it's low, it will betray us?? ?? And, also, it would be interesting if Marilyn was John's daughter, from some lady, maybe Katie from the resort bar, it's not for nothing that we were shown her pregnancy!

I like your theory about the conversation between MC (Us) and John happening in the backyard of the Heaven's household and it would be very nice to see it since we've only seen the front yard, garage, and inside of the Heaven's household so far. But I have to agree with you that most likely this conversation is taking place at John's office on how weird and inappropriate on what is John is saying about MC's (Our) mom.
I really do hope I'm right about how the game will end by having MC (Us) and Nicole having a HOT and LONG make-up sex scene after their "fight" because the previous sex scenes between MC & Nicole in the recent updates/parts they were a bit short and the only HOT and LONG sex scenes between the two happen are Part 12 sex scene ending which you can only get if you have a certain amount of "Nicole Corruption points" and Part 14 during their "honeymoon" type camping trip.
As much as I hate another huge cliffhanger and a distance between MC (Us) and Nicole for the time being. It's a good idea because it would hugely impact the story and test MC (Us) and Nicole's love for each other. If this were to happen, we may not get the HOT and LONG make-up sex scene for MC (Us) and Nicole in Part 15. We may get it in a future part/update and I'm sure dev Orb will make it worth it.

If I recall correctly, if you choose the options that lead to having low or negative Marilyn friendship points, she acts as follows:
- Obviously, she's a lot less friendly with MC, and if you're on a route where he's helped her out with her steamy lives, she'll be more demanding about it.
- She tries to have some physical contact with Nicole and Jenny (MC's mother) whenever possible (for example, on Day 11 of the game, while Nicole is chatting with John and other parents, she trips and is fortunately caught by Marilyn, who fortunately for the youngest, grabs her by the breasts and takes the opportunity to casually touch them; something similar happens with Jenny when she goes to MC's house looking for him on the morning of Day 19 before they both head to the Beeman's house to steal the urn with Abi's sister's ashes from her history teacher).
- When she talks to MC's parents, she talks too much, implying too much closeness between her son and Nicole Heavens (I don't remember if this would lead to any unseen scenes when the parents confront him with their plans to save Aunt Martha, but it has the potential to do so based on the fact that they would secretly want to take their son to a new city to end that closeness between their only son and Nicole in order to avoid gossip and insinuations like Marilyn's).
- Since some of the options that cause low or negative Marilyn friendship points mean that MC doesn't thank Marilyn for what she does, she also doesn't thank MC when she can. This can even cause Marilyn to unexpectedly hang up on MC (something that happens when he calls her to ask what John and/or Silvia are doing, when the game is on the route where MC asked Marilyn to follow them because he still doesn't trust Silvia).
Nevertheless, we should not rule out, however unlikely it may be, the possibility that after the beating received at the hands of Beeman, a Marilyn in a game in which we have low or negative Marilyn friendship points means that she gets tired of helping MC and he no longer have her as an ally at all, becoming a true wild card with which MC should be much more careful.

Considering the previous times that Orb published its first WIP scripts and screenshots related to a new part with respect to when it released that same new part, I estimate that the new Part 15 could be out in January or February 2025.

Some very interesting screenshots of the new Part 15's code.
On the one hand, it seems that Marilyn leaves MC hanging at a difficult moment in order to continue with her lives, perhaps tired (from her selfish point of view) of not getting what she really wants and of having put too much (her own life) at risk to accompany MC in his latest adventures. I'm not surprised because her life was really in danger in their confrontation with Beeman and she decided to stop taking more risks, simply contenting herself with just gossiping a little with MC about his relationship with Nicole. What does surprise me is that the WIP screenshot shows that it is part of an unavoidable code, not a code that would only appear in one X route.
On the other hand, the content of the second screenshot has surprised me enormously, as it implies Nicole's active participation in the investigation that MC is carrying out to discover the darkest secrets of her husband John. It is true that there is a possibility that it is part of a dream, but I seriously doubt it. I think we're at the next turning point in Nicole and John's relationship, but I have a feeling it won't go the way we might think.
Without a doubt, it has been an interesting preview that makes me even more eager for the moment when Part 15 is released.

These are very interesting teaser screenshot dialogues. As usual, I'll be adding my own theories here.
1st WIP dialogue picture: This teaser surprised me. It appears Marilyn won't and is refusing to help MC (Us) on another adventure perhaps investigating John. I thought this was going to be on a specific route but according to J0K3RXXX it's going to be in all routes for us and that is a surprise. Why Marilyn is behaving like this? The most logical reason it has something to do with her being injured and hospitalized by our climatic fight with Beeman and rescue of Chloe. Which is reasonable.
2nd WIP dialogue picture: I'm surprised with this picture too and it looks like Nicole's development to have suspicions towards John is increasing and I love that. But I have a feeling if MC (Us) brings Nicole to investigate with MC (Us) something bad or intense will happen.
Can someone message dev Orb about this grammatical error in the line "Everything we've done to keep what have a secret may just be exposed." It should be, "Everything we've done to keep what we have a secret may just be exposed."
I'm confused about Nicole's last line, "I'm not..." Does this mean Nicole isn't going to promise MC (Us) that we're not going to lose her if the possibility we're going to be exposed may be a trap? Or is Nicole hesitating again about her true feelings towards MC (Us) because after she says, "I'm not..." we pause. Indicating or hinting Nicole is hesitating on what she truly wants to say to us.
On where both of these scenes take place I'm going to say most likely it's after Nicole and MC's (Us) "fight" and where we make up. Because bringing Nicole with MC (Us) to investigate John is like the climatic part of Part 15.
Just from the previous teasers and this one makes me more excited about the release of Part 15! I can't wait!
