You must already done that part of this quest, now you can check your Ledger (There is a book in the room with the cheat code lever (right side of the house) that tell you how much you are getting daily with each investment, the hero than realize he is getting only 12 sil from the cannery.)
So him saying that he is sending money to you means that you have completed that part of quest.

That's a question I can't answear becouse I'm not a Developer of that game so either it's a bug/glitch in code your save file or this quest is not finished, I will check it when I can since my pc died today I will spend tomorrow to fix it and find more about that quest, then I will reply here so you know if it's a bug or if that quest is not completed.

If you are talking about the Cannery Can-Can, then it is completed and my friend couldn't find anything wrong with the code, so the problem probably lies with the save file.

2 main quests and 1 side quest, not gonna be long if that demon cult is short (don't expect it xd) and that Kellos Invasion quest which gonna be decent length of a quest, rest is cosmetic changes like textfor Larelle.

Alina CG is in the game, not 100% sure about Nerys but most likely it is implented.
The Developer team did mention that they will implend new style of CG's so most likely it's gonna be the new style revamping the old one with "You" as a ghost.
Maybe they will add animations and higher quality CG's, who know's.
And back to the question, the answear is (Probably) those images are implented to the game, for quiet long time, (Alina's Love quest) so they probably are converting the old CG's into the new picture like CG's instead of the 3dcgg's they hade in the game.

Yeah, they have started doing art only for the new scenes (with text placeholders until art is ready) and have been slowly replacing the old 3D scenes with 2D art. The swaps are gradually coming out, Alina has had her scenes fully replaced as of now, Larelle has had all but "torture" scenes replaced and Yamamaya has all but her foursome replaced. I don't think any other characters have had arts swapped yet, but my guess is now they have done Larelle's last non-Torture one, they will move onto a new girl to start swapping (my guess is Therese since her Love Quest has 2D art in it).

When starting new game you get to pick (Normal Mode) or (Easy Mode).
Easy mode gives you easier start of game plus gives you start items and enemies are weaker than those on Normal Mode.
Item to change time is named (Time Turner) only available in Easy Mode or (you can cheat to get it, in Normal Mode just edit save and give your self Time Turner)
