very easy, just edit the registry - _energ_h3502992065 (**) - change the number in brackets (switch to decimal view ) and you are done.

Note: game saves changes in registry only after Autosave, so after you've changed someting load your game via Autosave (one time will be enough).

2-Speak to Billy
3-Take a picture of Janice, while she's sleeping on the deck chair
4-Show picture to Billy
5-You should now be able to approach the shady guy
Same problem here, done everything step-by-step, except that I did Rebeca fuck at pool part before Kira photoshoots (cuz of 7 days waiting time between them)
