Follow the walkthrough; and spent sometime experimenting for the scene you want with a safe save if it is not mentioned in the walkthrough.

I've soft locked one of my playthrough cause I didn't follow the walkthrough.

Are Janice and Yuki - the nurse - the only ones you can get pregnant still? How many scenes with Yuki pregnant? I think the last time I played there were three with Janice. And I can't remember, but are you kind of forced to go after all the women to a certain degree? I dislike the teacher for example, and Julia is kind of meh too, but I think she's necessary to get Janice pregnant.
Oh, and does the game still load slooooowly...

Really annoying that there are almost no way to earn money.
You can get 100 from Emma each week, if you are lucky around 50 from the shady guy and that is it.
Adrianna almost never shows up at the studio so is unreliably as an income.

And you need money, and a lot of it, to progress with every character.
Getting money from Janice purse isn't an option as with everything you need 100+
