Some saves were broken in 0.10.04. Also it depends on what your issue is.
Check the "Known Problems" section in OP for some potential solutions.
I'm afraid not as I have no way of knowing which ones you have and haven't done.
This is a bit of a design flaw I just realized so I'll probably have to rework it a bit in the future.
That said, I think all the optional content is currently in the first half of the game, so if you've progressed beyond the birthday party you can't get to them either way.
Great game but the place of the ladder is so lame ... better should have been hidden somewhere else or being able to buy it from shop ... Who would leave a ladder on the way at such a beautiful house ?

Ah darn, maybe it was something added after the move to the new house. I had 8/8 for the last update. Might have to replay for the ninth.
It's the place where it fits the best and I didn't want to use the store as I've already used it for a lot of other stuff. I also really like clickable items and I'm going to add more in due time.
Also, it wasn't really hidden, it's just sort of there, I knew people would just get pissed off if I actually hid it.
